Mindy Richards

Mindy is a 2004 graduate of Franklin High School, where she played softball and soccer, and cheered for football and wrestling. She graduated from University of Pittsburgh - Titusville in 2006 with her Massage Therapy Certification.  She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies emphasizing in Health and Fitness from Slippery Rock University (2013).

Mindy's massage specialization is pain reduction. She enjoys helping people who are looking for relief from things like strain from work, tension/stress, injuries, chronic conditions, or to help improve athletic performance.  She has been specially trained in a method called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). This allows her to help release adhesions in the muscles and fascia. It also helps release ligaments and tendons, and gently realigns skeletal structure.
